AGRONOMIC VALUE
At an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, our vineyard is situated on deep, rich clay-limestone soil.
This terroir is irrigated by a natural water basin resulting from the springs of the Baous, ensuring optimal water supply.
This unique location offers a privileged exposure to sunlight during the day, while benefiting from cool nights.
Temperatures can vary significantly, reaching up to a 25°C difference between day and night.
This allows the grapes to mature slowly and develop complex aromas.
Our soil, shaped since the geological period of the Miocene, which dates back approximately 25 million years when the sea covered these lands, possesses mineral richness conducive to grape cultivation. Coupled with an ideal Mediterranean climate, featuring 300 days of sunshine per year, this territory aligns perfectly with the art of winemaking, a tradition cultivated since Roman times.
These exceptional conditions give rise to superior-quality grapes, characterized by a beautiful intensity of color and remarkable freshness. They have a concentration and aromatic complexity that reveals itself during winemaking.
Some years, this even allows for the development of noble rot "Botrytis cinerea"on the grapes, paving the way for the production of exceptional sweet wines.

About Us
Located 15 minutes from the coast, between the Mediterranean and the Pre-Alpes mountains, our vineyard lies at the base of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet overlooking the sea.
Because of its particular soil , this is an IGP area (Geographically Protected Indication) which ensures our consumers a quality wine and good taste.
